Have a sore on my tongue, maybe I bit myself some time ago and now the little shit is acting up. Even just trying to drink water is fucking painful.

I initially read this as "cancer sore". I'm glad you're alright. Nothing serious.
Oh I had one a while back. The pain was ridiculous. Could barely eat anything at all. Glad it only lasted four days. Try to get some anesthetic gel for your mouth.

I am so sorry for your pain, I have had those type of sores before and they are very painful, BUT you will heal, and you have all all the awesome souls on SS as friends.
