My partial hanging attempt failed. I took sleeping pills and put my head in the noose. I fell unconscious quickly so I must have hit the sweet spot but then I suddenly woke up on the floor, with nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness. I looked at myself in the mirror and my pupils were dilated and my neck got these clear hanging marks. I can't even think correctly now. My brain is all messed up.

I knew that I should have used the full suspension method instead.

Fuck.

I know. But I read a lot about partial hanging and thought that it would've been the less painful method.

I'm afraid of trying partial now. I don't want to end up with brain damage. I want to die with 100% certainty so I will use the full suspension method next time.

That sounds so horrible, failing ctb is exactly what I fear and I see it as being so inhumane how we are denied access to more peaceful and reliable methods.

Well damnn… i really feel for you.. i tried this myself once and also failed.. I ended up having to go to the hospital because I couldn't breathe properly because of the bumps I had on my throat due to the stress caused by the nooose.

The reason I woke up is because the noose has widened because of me being in shock mode or "SI (survival instinct)" however you wanna call it.

I did go unconscious for a while tho and when I did eventually wake up, the headache I had cannot be described in words how fcking painful it was but I feel you…

I'm so sorry for that what you are going through I just wanna let you know you ain't the only one :((((

It seems that it worked for a bit then you fell or the thing broke that's what I got from reading this. I tested with a belt last night, I felt light headed and high, if you tie the rope too hard you will feel your eyes popping out, so tie it light around your carotid. You clearly passed out, the thing just broke or you slipped out,

It was. I woke up on the floor in the dark and had no idea where I was or what just happend. Couldn't stand up correctly because everything was dizzy and I had severa headaches and nausea, like I was drunk and my movements were slow. I'll have to rethink about which method I'm choosing because partial hanging has no guarantee for success even if the setup is good.
