I keep thinking about family and all the horrible things they've done. I don't want to think about it, I hope it stops soon, this is self-torment...

I hope that you eventually find relief from your suffering, it sounds so dreadful what you've been through, it really disgusts me how many cause others to suffer all through no fault of their own. But anyway best wishes.
