don't eat the pizza, document this, call the place. Idk if its worth involving law enforcement, probably not tbh and they wouldn't care anyway. Just ask for a refund and explain the situation. take pics for proof in case they ask. dont eat that. thats so wild and fucked.

Contact the manufacturer definitely. Like a syringe type needle? I wonder if it's part of the manufacturing machinery. I imagine most food is made by machines these days.

I once found half a press stud in a packet of runner beans. Maybe off the poor sod who picked them. A friend of a friend found bullet pellets in a chicken. Enough to make you think about how the poor thing died.
