Venting Forced Recovery

I'm basically getting forced to continue living/staying clean from my ex boyfriend. I don't know what to do because weirdly he always knows when I sh. But I also feel guilty if I lie to him because I still love him. But I don't know what to do since the way I cope is gone and he broke up with me. So im just stuck in limbo

We often wear the scars of self-harm not just where we hurt ourselves, but also on our face without even knowing it. Somebody who knows us well will pick up on that quickly because they can tell when we're being weird.
