Time depends on where you live. Time has also been delayed lately for everyone everywhere.
He doesn't deliver to some countries so you need to check that first.

If you did you would've noticed that i didn't ask any revealing question about packaging.

Saying "i rate it 8/10 on stealth" doesn't reveal absolutely anything, so there is no "rightly so"

Exactly 2 weeks but that was before the whole delivery issue. I ordered back in June. The package was discrete. I'm not gonna reveal any details publicly though but the package looked very authentic.

Is the packaging really a huge secret? If it was couldn't the police just buy one package and see how it works? Personally I'm curious if I can have it shipped to my family's house or if it would raise major flags with my relatives.

Even if that was true, there are millions of packages shipped every day. That's the reason they don't control every single one. I guess they check random packages but they don't have the resources to police the whole postal system.

I need to get smart enough to make it myself. Probably wouldn't be that hard. That's what disappoints me. I'm not committed enough to learn how to do it well. I was good in school. If I really want something, I always find a way to get it.

Guess if nothing else I'll have to get old and move to Oregon, but that's a hell of a long way around for something that should be a lot easier.

No, but a PhD in anything mostly entails wasting years giving dissertations and making a 5 step process somehow take up a novel.
