What kind of emotional state were you in?

Did you feel like there was a wall of survival instinct pushing against you?

If so, how did you get through it?

This can apply for FSH, SN, jumping, etc.

How did you get through that feeling of survival instinct? And had you had difficulty up until the point of actually doing it?
