hello! gonna sepparate in parts
-------CUTS---------
•catscratches•
wash them a few times a day (at least 1 or 2, i'd say), and antissepctics can make sure you dont have an infection. keeping them sovered with a bandage is good, but not neccessary.
•styros•
(you can see white meat)
wash them well at least 2 times a day, please use antisseptics, bandages can be more necessary in this case
•fat tissue•
get stitches in the hospital. if you cant, follow the tutorial. dont mess with the wound, as its really easy to get infected. you will need to wash it gently with splashes of water (no soap, no alcohol), followed by applying antisseptics at least 3 times a day, dont touch it unless cleaning or inspecting. keep it covered with a bandage as you dont want it getting dirty.
-------BURNS-------
•1st degree•
as soon as its done, run cold water over it. do not apply toothpaste as people say, it will raise chance of infection. there are some pastes made for burns, but in this case not much treatment is needed.
•2nd degree•
(blisters, bubbles)
as soon as its done, run cold water over it. do not apply toothpaste, can cause infection. dont pop the blisters/bubbles, as it can cause the wound to lose its protection (plasma and skin) and make it dirty. it will eventually dry out by its own. when its popped, keep the wound clean, wash with antisseptics at least once a day until its healed, and keep it covered.
•3rd degree burn•
(blisters, bubbles and open wounds. possibly no pain if it reaches nerve endings)
as its done, keep it covered by a clean tissue with ice rolled inside of it and keep it in contact with the wound for arouns 15 minutes. if youre able to, go to the hospital. you can do it again sometimes over the days, when it hurts or gets puffy. buy pastes/medical creams for burns and antisseptics, and apply them multiple times a day. keep it covered by a bandage, it can infect easily. use something the wound can breathe through!
-----SCRATCHES-----
•breaks skin/bleeds•
wash it and apply antisseptics. hopefully nothing else needed, but it can still get infected, specially if what you used is dirty, as fingernails for exemple.
~~~INFECTIONS~~~
•detecting•
×starting signals×
red-ish color around the wound; puffy; warm to the touch; hurts; itches
×worrying×
yellowish color on the wound; redder, puffy, hurts a lot, very warm to the touch, presence of white-ish/yellow-ish pus
×hospital RIGHT NOW×
red lines comming out of the wound area, green or bloody pus, insufferable pain
•treating•
-wash several times a day
-ask for help, get accompanied by someone who knows how those things work
-wash with antisseptics and apply antibiotics
-if it gets to "worrying" or "hospital", please look for medical help by someone who knows what theyre doing
-milk out the pus daily
-----MEDICINE/CLEANING PRODUCTS----
-throw up as soon as you took them. if its been monutes, DONT. throwing up while theyre taking action can cause big trouble as chemical burns on your throat. activated coal can neuthralize the action of those things sometimes, so take it and go to the hospital ASAP.
wishing you all to be safe and to have a good day! <3
