I know this question has probably been asked to death but I feel like I've read through every search result and all the resources and books and I'm desperate. I can't seem to find the sweet spot even with just my hands, and I haven't been able to make myself pass out. Additionally, every time I test, I have a lot of pressure/tingling in my face and head. There were a few times with fingers where I think I found it, but not sure (hazy vision, limbs feeling weak/loss of control, no pressure) but I'm still unsure. I'm so sorry, I'm truly desperate, I've been trying for days and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think it's less about the sweet spot, and more about pressure. At least, that's my experience. I don't have a 'sweet spot' per se, but top of the neck, above the Adam's apple works best for me. And again, my main problem was not enough pressure. Once I discovered this, it's pretty easy and straightforward, and I can pass out quickly. If you practice, don't fix the rope to an anchor point – that's a sure way to die. Instead, hold the other end in your hand. That way you can practice without hesitation and fear.

Thank you! I practiced for a while now and I think I've got it down. For me, a good spot was actually about two fingers below the Adam's apple, the solution really was just nonstop experimenting lol it took me way too long though! Gonna double check the anchor point now.
