Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Did you feel a headache or any pain (during or after)?

Oh maybe I should get a co2 sensor too, didn't know that exist! Did you get 2-in-1? I only have an oxygen meter rn but bit worried about co2 too.
No all in one. Easy to get for co2. O2 is a little expensive
Did you feel a headache or any pain (during or after)?

Ya suppose it is,just some little tricks need to be careful about like you should squeeze all air out of the bag before you pump in inert gas n breathe out as much as you can before pull your head into the bag, both ensure no O2/Co2 wouldn't involve
Hi, sorry, how is it possible to squeeze all air out the bag? I read you have to put your head in the bag but that it doesnt have to stick to your face, so possibly it has air in it ? Or maybe i don't understand the process
Thank you
