Finally getting ready to move out (at the age of 36) Details inside

I've actually lived on my own before. I was 22 and had an apartment for 1year. Then like...shit basically went crazy in my life and I wound up on the streets of California. I was originally living in Texas. It's honestly like a super crazy story but I was homeless for years basically, wound up in prision at some point (it should be noted I was arrested in Texas during Covid, not while I was in California/Vegas.) , got out, etc. etc....Now I'm back in Texas and looking at buying a travel trailer/5th wheel/toy hauler, etc...You get the drift. It's pretty gnarly honestly, and crazy. I won't be under my parents roof or on the streets which is pretty exciting. I'm gonna have to do some downgrades like getting rid of my car and getting a motorcycle because my insurance is about to spike but I can make it work. I make enough money at the place where I'm currently working and I have like 1 or 2 side-hustles that I do so like...possibly 3 even, so like..I make little bit of extra money on the side as well. It's crazy though...I'm like 36 and this is just now happening. I lived on the streets for years but I really shouldn't have had to looking back. It was just this fucked up dream that like wasn't supposed to happen but did happen. It's all due to corruption. I dunno...for some reason I feel like I've been given safe passage to live a quiet life by myself and exit existence. AKA DIE lol. So yeah...I feel like Andy from the 40 year old virgin. I've never even seen that movie to be honest but I think the guys name is Andy of something. I guess i just feel like a loser for it taking so long, but like honestly, it's really not my fault, and like yea...I dunno. I just need to have patience and wait this like final 6months or whatever and I can finally move away and have my own place. It may not even take that long. Like I could technically buy one now but I need to take care of other stuff first and I don't want to live in this area/ghetto some bullshit. I want my own bathroom/kitchen, etc...I want something decent. Anyway...that's all I came to say. Anyone else in a similar situation or took them an extremely long time to have some sort of independence for themselves?

(It should be noted that I moved out of the main house a while back and stay in a garage apartment currently with my own shower, fridge, kitchenette etc...but like I'll be far away from this neighborhood and not living with family any longer...I've been in this neighborhood/house since I was 5 years old. But i lived in California for years (3-4 years ) /Vegas (1-2 months)/Tampa (1 month)/Denver (1 month) , etc. etc...while being on the streets. )
