Thought we might share some stuff here we could relate to?

Saw this movie recently, called ‘Night, Mother, and I was quite taken by it. It’s about a woman, living with her mother, having decided to off herself in their home. Won’t tell you more, but I found it to be quite the theatrical piece and well, relevant here. Maybe you all know it and I’m the dummie, but here it is:

Suicide buddies is a good podcast if you like or don't mind 2 comedians riffing off eachother for an hour. In between all the dark and juvenile jokes they tell the story of someone who committed suicide in history.

The Yukio Mishima episode is my favorite. Anyone who says suicide can never be funny hasn't heard the story of Mr. Mishima's seppuku.

“How to Die in Oregon” is a short documentary about several patients who seek out doctor assisted euthanasia in Oregon. A couple of them said in their final moments how easy it was to die. I’ll never forget that.
