What do you guys think about this, I was thinking 20-30 100ug fentynal patches from the dw and about 20mg of benzos. Does anyone have an opinion on this method, know if it'll 100% work etc.

benzo obviously multiplies the chance of it working as it synergies with opiates, so I would think if you do let's say 30 100ug and 20mg of Xanax it's close to 100% effective wouldn't you say? Online most people succeed with 10 100ug some with less some with a bit more, I can imagine with no tolerance 3000ug per hour isn't enoughSimilar threads
