hey.
just looking for evaluation for my plan to shorten my "life".
no need to argue why.

so i have access to following drugs:
around 20 plaster of fentanyl (not sure, i think 60microgramm/h, or more-i will have a look),
oxycodon (around 800mg),
benzodiazepine such as diazepam or/and lorazepam as much as necessary.

the idea: a quiet place.
put all the plaster on me, some hours afterwards take the oxycodon and benzodiazepine and
drink some alcohol (before some antiemetica) and lay down, sleep.

do you think it's for sure, that respiratory depression will come while sleep,
or is this plan too simple/"optimistic"???
(then i'm going to hang myself)

thanks for help!

@deref2, I'm sorry about whatever has led you to contemplate such things. I don't really know much about these drugs, but it seems to me that one wouldn't be able to wait for a few (or any) hours after putting on all those patches.

Lethal doses can probably be found using the forum search gizmo, or google.

Please be careful.

fentanyl patches will definitely work . plus benzos to and alcohol to make you drowzy
Take the benzos at the same time though. And drink the alcohol before. And you will sleep and never wake up again.

Also how did you get fentanyl patches? i really wanted fentanyl but i couldn't get a hold of any. It's painless and the best method.

so you think it's no need of oxycodone?

no need and no point. also for opiods to kill you have to overdose. oxycodone is the worst of the opiods. because if by chance you survive. you're in a wheelchair for life.

how long it will take?

probably an hour or two. for death

patches will work. especially if you have multiple. alternatively because of the retard effect. you could open them and take the gel or powder and sniff or put in your gums. for a more direct effect.

You won't be able to drive really. because you will be drowzy and you could pass out any second.

the effects will probably begin after 10 minutes or so.

this is all of the top of my head. i don't remember everything. you should probably search this more. to be sure.

what i know is that it will kill you like heroin minus the hallucigens. peacefull, drowsy, probably feel good.

with enough patches and no tolerance. it will knock you out.

just get drunk, take benzos. and put your patches all over. you'll be fine.
but still search on the internet. because you're not the first to do this.
also you may want to find something that potentiates opiods like robitussin.

I dont have fentanyl patches but have other opiate patches - buprenorphine. When I was in psych hospital I snuck in 10 patches and stick them all round top of arm and shoulder. Then they gave me normal cocktail of meds. I thought I would sleep and not wake up. But i did, just an hour later normal and a bit dazed. I know fentanyl are a lot stronger though.

Please DO NOT DRIVE after you've had alcohol and opioids. You want to die, that's your choice. Don't risk the lives of others.

Oxycodon has added Naloxon, which is antagonizing to Opiods. Also I read in another forum, that someone was told to put the patches on the neck (near head region) by a doctor. Also try to add some meto.

Oxycodone doesn't "have" naloxone; Oxycodone is an ingredient in quite a few different pain medications. For example, oxycodone and acetaminophen are together in one medication called Percocet. So oxycodone could be paired with naloxone in a specific medication, but that's very unusual and the medication bottle would say that it has both.

any suggestions for how much benzos to take diazepam and? lorazepam (i have a small tolerance)
thanks-
tonight has be the night...

not willing to end up as a zombie in nursing home!!!!!!!!!!

tonight has be the night...

Hi, @deref2, I see you asked for evaluation of your plan, and you are indeed receiving advice.

You have said you are not willing to end up a zombie in a nursing home, so I believe that is your first priority. But I want to gently say that it feels like you maybe want to pressure others to respond to your desire to ctb this weekend and to ensure that you don't end up the way you don't want to. But all of this is your responsibility. We're here to listen and help, but we're just a bunch of random people on the internet, it's unwise for you to put so much faith and responsibility in strangers' hands. The responsibility is yours, as is good for both you and for us.

If tonight truly has to be the night and you don't have enough information to make an informed decision, these are what I see as your options and potential outcomes:

1. Follow the fentanyl plan. Either succeed or fail. Potential for being a zombie in a nursing home.

2. Follow the backup hanging plan. Either succeed or fail. Potential for being a zombie in a nursing home.

3. Decide tonight does not have to be the night. Wait. Spend time researching and planning every method. When you are confident in the method(s) and have the opportunity, proceed. Much more likely to succeed, less likely to fail, significantly reduced potential for being a zombie in a nursing home.

Wishing for your well-being and the best possible outcomes.

I think that self-awareness helps you.

If you seek support for dealing with the pressure so that you do not cause yourself harm in reaction to it, you could talk about it here or start a new thread. I observe that it seems like that's the bigger issue right now.

the pressure comes from external circumstances,
inside i'm quiet clear about it since monthes and in one moment has to be the moment,
you//i! have to do it!

If you have to do it, I accept that. I gently remind you that I decide for myself what I have to do or not do in any moment.

I respect and honor your autonomy, I respect and honor my own.

Best wishes for all your choices and circumstances.

ok thanks, I've read about it in a forum, that often this is combined, maybe this is a local thing (more often prescribed in special regions). At least we pointed out that there has to be caution on the ingredients of the medication & that there is a chance of added Naloxon.

You're probably right that it's a local thing that's usually prescribed in certain countries/areas. That makes a lot of sense. And yeah, it just goes to show that the ingredients need to be double-checked because it can easily get confusing with all these different names of medications!

I have some experience with fentanyl patches, I got them from my doctor for my chronic pain - they did not help with the pain, but I kept them anyway just in case....mine were 50 microgramm/hour. Yes they have a retard effect, so for the first say 8 hours you don't notice much. The level of Fentanyl in your blood needs to build up to a certain level for you to start noticing effects. After 8 hours, I started to feel drowsy and just like with morphine, your thoughts wander off and seem intensely real. The next days I kept the patch on and it just made me very sleepy, without the desired painkilling effect. You're supposed to change your patch after 5 days, I just took it off after 3 days since apart from making me drowsy and permanently tired it had no effects on me. Because of the slow-release, I guess that if you wanted to OD on Fentanyl Patches it might take several days for you to die ! Not sure that's a good idea, yes you'll probably be asleep after 8-12 hours and theoretically never wake up again, but the risk is great you could be found and rescued ! It's up to you but I would find that method not safe enough.
