• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Let's say, once you're involved with the knowledge of another family, another union, other lives, how can they bear such an emotional burden? Now it's not just the weight of their own burden, don't they feel guilt? What if I'm affecting the other person? What if that person could live happily without me?
Don't they think about that? Or perhaps it's just a union of broken souls, a necessary little push, something inevitable?
Perhaps it can be seen that way too, but I can't help feeling guilty, precisely because my whole life I've tried to disappear from other people's lives, so as not to cause pain with my possible end.

You don't.
Feeling that guilt destroys you.

You gotta push it aside.

At first grief is very big. But as time goes on it becomes smaller. They find a way to live with it.
They'll never forget you. That's for sure. But they won't break down in tears when they think about you every time.

By defiantly disregarding any single thought of the aftermath if it creeps through. It doesn't often though, truth be told.

I have a close family member who is pretty rancorous and very sensitive. They were very vengeful and bitter during my youger years of being recalcitrant and mischievous. They'd punish me for inordinate periods through silence. This was hard as a youngster. I'd probably instigate a few uncomfortable conversations before I go in the slight hope it might make them have some bitterness towards me than just dispair and sadness.

In all honesty though, I wouldn't struggle too much with suicide.
