So before I go any further.... Hi!
Just joined, unfortunately after going through the worst time that can be imagined for me.
My chosen method, for the moment,is partial hanging. I was sure today was the day, and so I took some rope, made the knot, tied it to the door handle and threw it over. Put it round my neck in a kneeling position and leant outwards. I got a congested feeling in my face, followed by waves of disorientation. It didn't feel painful or uncomfortable at all. After about 20 seconds I noticed that my hearing was getting queiter and queiter. I had already closed my eyes so I don't have any idea what my vision was like.
Just wanted to know if that was the start of my brain succumbing to the lack of oxygen? I probably would have passed out and CTB if I continued to be in the same position. Something just didn't feel right so I stopped.
I'm going to think this through again tonight, maybe change my method or approach. I'm in no rush to do this as I have comfort in knowing that my pain now is only temporary.
Cheers for any advice or experience that anyone might have!
