Dissisociation is all I got. Or jjst watching whatever videos. Anytime I stop or cant slide into a day dream I feel such intense dread. Sorrow. Misery. Ugh.

Dunno how long I can last but... what other options do I have?

Will not kill myself impulsively. Will not end up in the hospital.

I dunno what to do. I honestly feel like im being eaten alive by myself...

Inside "its" crawling and desperate. I never got the concept of describing mental health as if its a monster.

I get that now tho... i am being eaten alive.

I don't really have the words either...

What to do. Even just to answer that for today is... Nothing. Im coming up with nothing.

Your situation sounds similar to mine. I wish I had advise that I could give you but I'm honestly just as lost as you are. The only way I can cope with my unfortunate reality is through daydreams.

I feel so like you!
I'm quite desperate but don't wanna try to ctb impulsively either. I'm scared of failing and ending up in a psych ward.

I feel you, maybe wait till Covid is over and hopefully you'll be able to get a sense of routine?
