Feeling sorry and helpless for family

It a beautiful sunday morning.

II can hear my mom and brother talking and laughing in kitchen. I'm right here reading threads on SS.

I feel sorry for them as in a couple of weeks the laughs will be shattered for sometime.
Sunday sucks.. rest of the days I'll be alone at home, so it doesn't matter.

I felt sorry for my close friend with whom I talked on phone for 3hrs yesterday concealing my pain.
Didn't knew acting take a heavy toll on your mind.

Would like to you how's everyone's Sunday/ weekend is going.

I do feel a lot of guilt when I browse SS while my family is out and about and going about their day in the house. It's hard for me to post in these kinds of threads. I wish you peace in whatever you want to do.

I feel slightly better on the weekends because it's quieter but generally the life force continues to ebb

Well i don't have to work today so it's fine. I feel sorry for my mom and grandma being left behind.

My weekends are always so depressing. I do not want anymore days. I see no point to suffering for the sake of it when instead I could be peacefully not existing. I am always wishing to be gone. I see existence as being a way to torture people and it is sad how so many of us have to suffer. I'm sorry for what you are going through. I can imagine that it must be really hard.

I can relate. I feel bad for my husband and my mother. In a few weeks they will be grieving. Im making my final preparations. My Sunday is looking through SS at successful stories of ctbing with sn.

I plan on leaving note to let them know it wasnt their fault. They've been nothing but cooperative and supportive for me. And no, they're not aware of my mental health degraded over time.

It is. Next week I'm going to write my note to my husband explaining everything. Hopefully our families will understand.

I still have a few weeks. I'm trying to make their final memories of me good ones. I'm trying to be considerate but no matter what I do someone will be upset with me
