Feeling serious

Since childhood I have struggled significantly with depression. As an adult it has just become more & more of an everyday issue.
From work duties , to basic daily hygiene.

I feel no strength to move forward & lately suicide is weighing heavy on my mind. I want to take it seriously.

I'm not working due to health issues mostly but even trying to motivate to go to Jo's interview or call them back has been tasking. I do need a job or I'm going to be screwed

Basic daily Hygiene is another one, ugh.

I have no energy or motivation to do anything lately

Existing in this world certainly can be so tiring, I see it as being such a burden having to exist, so to me it's very much understandable wanting to be free from it all.
But anyway I wish you the best.
