Venting Feeling guilty for traumatizing my family

I don't have another option that's why I'm choosing to hang myself at home next week.

After I pass it will take around 20 hours before my relatives find my body

I've been thinking about setting up a timed message to someone. But it feels like a bad idea. I don't want to risk being interrupted
