Soon, when I get unescorted leave from the psych ward (this week), I'll be going home and taking a few strips of diazepam 10mg with me then to where I aim to ctb, going to a pub and having a few drinks then buying a bottle of pop and taking the benzos. I don't know whether to Pace myself with the pills or take them all at once but ultimately that doesn't matter because it's not my main method, it's just to disorientate myself. Main method: there's a multistorey carpark where I want to go and it's 8 floors high(very bottom to the roof being a floor) I think (counted from a photo of the carpark)... I aim to go to the top, climb over the barrier and lean backwards to fall onto concrete, hopefully land on my head, that's the main aim!
All this can really only happen if the doc gives me an hour or more as I live in supported housing so they'll know I've gone home. I'm writing my notes and leaving them on the bed on the ward, they just need to be easy to find to be given to the right people. It's not likely they'll look in my room when they find that I've gone AWOL. I'm aiming not to answer my phone but after benzos and such, blacking out is a high possibility so I need to think about that. I'll be printing instructions for my pets that I've already printed before but need to make sure there is still a copy available, when the people that work at my flat find out that I haven't returned to the ward, they are likely to look in my flat for any clues. I'm hoping that I'll have enough time even if they do alert the police because they won't know where I've gone.
Sorry, total rambling. TL;DR benzos, alcohol, multistorey carpark to concrete... Multiple deaths have been reported from falls from there, not found any reports of failed attempts but would they report that? Carpark is in the city centre but I don't think they'll notice someone climbing up the barrier from up high.
Edited-: removed something that may be misunderstood.
