• Hello Guest,

We will not be following or complying with the Online Safety Bill that was recently signed into law in the UK. This bill will not affect the operations of the site, nor do we have a presence in the UK to receive notice or fines that the UK Government may impose.

We would highly recommend that all users from the UK get some sort of VPN, and you should petition your lawmakers to let them know how you feel about this piece of draconian legislation.

Spinach in puff pastry.
I’m sure that it doesn’t sound really good but it tastes amazing.
You need: 300 grams of fresh spinach
150 grams of feta cheese
1 small onion
1 toe of garlic
6 slices of puff pastry
A little salt and pepper
A hand full of grated cheese
Milk or an egg
And an oven

I can pm you the full recipe if you are interested. I couldn’t find it in English so I’m translating from Dutch so it might sound kinda crappy or it’s incorrect English.

This has been one of my favorites for years. It’s actually a vegetarian recipe.

1 onion, sliced
1 small can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
olive oil, as needed
1 (10 ounce) box vegan burger patties (I use Boca)
1 cup veggie broth
1 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
1 tablespoon cornstarch

What you do:
1. Saute sliced onion and mushroom in some vegetable oil for a few minutes, until onion is translucent.
2. Add 4 burgers and cook for several minutes on each side, until it looks pretty done.
3. Meanwhile, make gravy: Add kitchen bouquet and cornstarch to veggie broth. Whisk until smooth.
4. Pour sauce over burgers. Turn heat to medium. Gravy will thicken within a few minutes. Dish is done when gravy is thick.
Source of recipe: I've been making this recipe for about 15 years and love to serve it with mashed potatoes and green beans. It's my son's favorite meal!

This sounds great, reminds me of Salisbury steak for veg heads.

Is there a brand of veggie burgers you would recommend?

I’m hungry now!
