That's it.

That quote hits deeply.
That's what I would have needed, and couldn't get. Because my actions made sure of that. And because we're all just human and can only bear a certain amount of anything.
And TRD, anxieties, and whatever else it is that fucked me up so much in the first place, kept me in that neverending circle of torment and loss.

Ironically, I will least of all deserve it when I'm dead - but then I won't need it anymore.
