Fasting and SN

Hi I have a question about fasting before using SN. A quick google of "drinking salt water to induce vomiting" it says it is more likely you will vomit if you drink salt water on an empty stomach. This has made me wonder if fasting before drinking SN is necessary. It also says that drinking salt water will increase thirst, so will I be thirsty after taking SN? Thanks in advance.

Yeah I've read that but it doesn't necessarily answer my question/ It suggests fasting for a period but the google search I did does not recommend drinking salt water on an empty stomach.

There are also plenty of news stories of accidental ingestion where people mistook SN for salt and put it on their food. Some died, some survived because they got help. I don't think Fasting is strictly necessary tbh, it just means the SN is absorbed quicker. Of course I'm not an SN expert

Stan said the only thing you should have in your stomach is the SN. That's why you should fast. I can't remember anyone from.here who didnt fast and ctbed

Okay. Here's the deal. It might work if you eat and don't fast. But it might not be the most painless way to go about it.

The reason SN is considered peaceful is because of the protocol we follow. All the different drugs and things that we use and the timing and the way we go about it maximizes how quick and painless it is.

When you start screwing with the method, you don't know if you'll have the same results. So it might work, but it might not be as pleasant. And it might not be as predictable.

SN works even if you take it by itself without following the guide. The guide is to make it work better, but you can just drink the stuff and it will likely work as long as nobody finds you.

Frankly I'm surprised the stuff is so easy to get considering how easy it is to ctb with it
