Does anyone know if falling asleep with trash bag tied over head is effective? I just tried to hang myself with my scarf but it felt too painful so I ripped it off me. I currently feel tired and slightly light headed.
Probably not effective, the urge to breathe that you get comes from high levels of CO2 in the bloodstream, if you are just breathing inside a bag your bloodstream will quickly become concentrated with CO2 and the urge to breathe will come. If you somehow can fight it off you will die, but it wont be peaceful at all

No that's just a sack nap. I deeply analyze partial suspension and exit bags as viable options, but what sucks is you actually have to train your body to push past the survival instincts. And even then if you mess up you risk brain damage.
