Parital Hanging.
Because it fucking sucks to stay there and wait to pass out while the survival instinct goes full force.

Partial, I was out in like 10 seconds. I don't know how long have passed but at some point the rope snapped and I woke up.

I'm guessing I wasn't out for long since I didn't had any scars on my neck or any symptoms

Jumping seems reliable to me, it's the one I will be choosing, the only things that can happen are either you get spotted/your SI kicks in and you don't jump or you don't have access to a proper height, in Wich case you will end up with severe injuries

Failed full suspension hanging, passed put only to come round in a heap on the floor, knot failed.
Will try again or might attempt falling backwards off a high structure I now of onto hard metalled track.

I never attempted any of these 3 methods but I once took like 60 or 70s Valium tablets combined with alcohol.
I passed out and waked up in the hospital Intensive Care. I needed oxygen, a catheter, morphine, antibiotics etc. Please don't use this combo, chance is high you end up in a hospital. If you plan this method make sure you use a exit bag, only then it would be successful.

How high are you jumping from? I've read 10 stories minimum, is this true?

I'm jumping from 9 stories, but better to count on meters/feets, Wich are approximately 27-32 meters (i calculated it one day). It seems 10 stories is the recommended, but some people say that chances to survive are minimum at 15 stories. If you have a bridge it would of course be better, but dependes on what country you live in, in Europe bridges are very restricted, and usually the ones that aren't are not trustworthy of jumping. Also depends on more factors like surface, landing point, angle... But that a lot more complicated
