If it didn't I would not have to see many things. I have heard of people commiting ctb successfully with rat poison. But it has betrayed you and me.Yeah, they make it safe for people these days or put an emetic in it so humana just puke them up. 20+ years ago, a horrible way to go but successful. Now, not so much.
