F overdose questions

i should be able to buy a 50 mL vile of F soon. Opiate OD is my preferred method, and i have a couple questions.

1. i have never injected anything into myself before, what are ways i can prepare myself and learn how to do it? i am not afraid of needles.
2. adding onto my naivety, how much should i inject at a time? and what supplies should i get?
3. what is the shelf-life of a vile of F? i would like to be able to have this as an option of CBT for the near-ish future, how long could i wait on it?

YouTube is your friend. Do some research.

1)You don't really need to prepare, you just hit the vein. However you should "aspirate" which is pull the plunger back once you're inside the vein. The syringe should fill with blood which is your confirmation you're in the right spot.
2)F is very powerful. You're not gonna be able to inject twice. One syringe is all you will get off before passing out.
