Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

They are laughing because a very significant portion of the human population consists of sadistic psychopaths. You can hear the pure joy in their 'souls' as they witness the pain. They are also prolific procreators and the percentage of them is getting higher and higher as this evil world persists. Many humans around you are just totally fake actors with no soul or morality other than the hope and joy to cause pain and suffering, their raison d'etre.
They laugh because they lack dignified values and sense of empathy, because they are in moral degeneration and existential decay, from which even witnessing a suicide is a reason to laugh.
I think mine wouldn't be surprised but still I would ruin the rest of their lives. But does it make sense to stay alive out of guilt? I want to die out of guilt ^^
