• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

These last few days I've been dealing with panic attacks and stuff, most likely because my meds ran out and I couldn't buy more yet. Still here and surviving though! Hopefully I'll get them today.

I've been stuck with an extreme sense of worry and I can't relax. Just thinking about my future, the health of my pets, life in general, sends me into a spiral and I feel like I'm going to explode. And even if I try not thinking about those things I still feel sick.

I try reassuring myself that things will be alright, that I had to take I break from college because I needed to, that my dogs will be fine, that my family will be fine and in the end I'll be fine too. But mr. brain is not logical and does not want to accept it. Cue next panic attack.

Yet I'm still here and still persevering, just need those damn meds.

Hug your pets, hug your people. We're getting there.

Sometimes the intensity, frequency, or duration of a panic attack can be managed by recalling the last panic attack and remembering that it didn't last too long. Just the process of recall can give one a sense of control which can push back against the panic.
