Existence is not a gift

It always feels so insensitive to me when existence is referred to as a gift, rather I see existence as a mistake, existence is the most cruel and futile imposition that just causes harm and suffering all for the sake of it and there is no limit as to how unbearable this can all get.
Never existing at all would had saved me from so much suffering, it's really so terrible how existence causes all this suffering, there needs to be acceptance towards the right to die, nobody chose any of this so there should be the option to permanently stop suffering, I hope those who suffer find the relief they search for.

Made profoundly worse by humans who are needlessly cruel by choice. To themselves, to others. Existence might not be so bad if humans weren't terrible creatures who revel in their cruelty.

I agree though. If existence is a gift. Where do we make returns?

And if we can't make returns and we are stuck with it then it's no longer a gift but a burden....
