Venting Everything is too much

My stomach hurts so much I can't eat I can't sleep I can't distract myself. Everything is disgusting and I wanna die. Omg why did I have to fast for today out of nowhere I hate everything so much my head hurts and I wanna feel something else. I constantly feel like I wanna throw up but there is nothing??? I ate nothing why do I feel this way????? I just wanna feel okay.

it was usually the problem for me. i cant really diagnose your nausea otherwise. hope it gets better for you soon though.
