My best friend told me they couldn't talk to me anymore. I told my girlfriend I wanted a fresh start. I am alone, and unemployed. BPD has ruined any chance I had to get better. Hanging tips or general ctb tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated. It hurts so bad I can't breathe.

I would like to add I do not care how painful they are. I am finally ready to end my life. I would drink the stronget acid or jump in front of a slow moving car meaning I don't have to be here anymore. I hurt the people I love and It hurts so vividly.

yeah, I know. I've went though it and don't know what to do as my situation is unique and i don't have access to most of the methods
