Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Is it really true that every life is worth living? Because this is something i hear often by people who say suicide and assisted suicide is wrong. That every live, no matter how bad it seems to be is actually worth living. Yes, even when you are terminally ill, and cant go out of bed without Assistance. And even a life in a vegetative state is worth living. Is that really true? Is life always worth living, no matter how bad the circumstances are? Or are these mostly healthy people who say such things? Becaue they dont know how horrible life can be?

I totally. think the people who say this are people who do not have the personal experience of being extremely depressed, and suicidal. It is a pat platitude, froth, useless pap. The other line I got during a suicidal year in 2010, it was my therapist giving me this froth, "But you have so much to live for!" or else it was "But you have so much to look forward to!" Problem is the majority have no personal experience of having been suicidal, I had a friend years and years ago, we were both going through incest group therapy...she put it right out there, no apologies...she said "I figure if they haven't been through it themselves, they have nothing to offer me."

Most people don't want to think about death when they live,
they displace her from their thinking. They think
it doesn't concern me . The situation changes when they start
identify with the person who "suffers life", or
they become such a person themselves.

I agree with you. These same people are okay with abortions. But aren't they just alike? This is my body. Yiu are not suffering what I am suffering.
