even if your in a psych ward i think you can get rubber bands cause apparently they prevent self harm and then choke yourself with the rubber bands

so you like horad the rubber bands and then when they arent looking you take the rubber bands and put a bunch around your neck and then oxygen cant get to your brain and you die.

i think that rubber bands are like you snap the rubber band against your arm when you wanna cut yourself and then the rubber band is a substitute for cutting yourself.

so they give your uber bands and you put a bunch aorund your neck and die

Never try to kill yourself in a psych ward. You are extremely likely to get caught and extended your stay. Behave, follow directions, and get out is a far better plan.

yeah like poster above me said, just play nice and get out first and then it should be easy to jump off a cliff or what ever you need to do....... but also the rubberbands probably wouldn't even open wide enough to go around your head with out snapping..... unless you found a way to link them together in some kind of small daisy chain maybe.. but still.. just get out of the place first and then you don't have to try to do weird macgyver stuff in the psycho ward..

Psych wards are a crime against humanity and a much larger fight for survival than any suicidal ideation could ever be. I feel so sorry for anyone who becomes a victim of their torture.

Even if you do get them on, I feel like eventually you wouldn't be able to put enough of them around your neck to be able to actually die from it. You might be too lightheaded to actually continue, and then you're left with a bunch of marks you'd have to explain. Even if you could put enough of them around your neck, you're almost certain to be found by someone and end up with permanent brain damage anyways
