Hi,

for the EU people who are aware of laws and regulation, what do you think about this document ? I've not read the whole thing as I'm very tired these times

At the end, i talks about Nitrate but i cannot see NitrIte on the list (which seems to be CAS 7632-00-0). Is sodium nitrite legal in EU ? The document is from 2019 so i suppose it's still available (i mean, no update ?) I don't understand anything about regulation and in EU everything is so complicated... And sorry for my bad english which is not my native language

Thanks

SN is legal but high purity is /usually/ regulated, which is why many companies only sell to companies or instituties.
