• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Doing the math, for exactly one year I have severe depression, housebound, no memory, poor cognitive functions.
Is anyone here going through something similar?
It is a very long period of time.
Does anyone know if it is really possible to get out of this?
Does anyone know of a similar case of success.
Trying thousands of medications, nothing seems to work.
I would be very grateful for your answers

Hola

I've been listening the audiobook "the recovery letters". It is a collection of letters written by people that went through depression and made it to the other side. You might find it inspiring. It's on Audible

There is also a website https://www.therecoveryletters.com/the-letters

Hola amigos 🥰 I think we all are living in our own prisons. I have poor memory, and once the memory is gone, it doesn't come back. There are medications to slow down your memory loss but I don't want it, but there are options. I'm housebound by choice and only go outside when it's absolutely necessary. I have found activities to do that I enjoy. Maybe try to find a new hobby. I listen to audio books and anything I can do to keep my mind busy is the goal. I usually wear headphones in my house and listen to music. I do whatever i can to keep the negative thoughts out my mind. I was once told, "Prison is a state of the mind!"
Hope that helps you somehow.

Thanks for your answer, what was your memory problem?

I had an appointment to see a specialist and I didn't go. I'd rather not know. The reason doesn't really matter. I just wish I was unable to remember the horrible stuff in my life, unfortunately, those memories never go away. Can i ask what type of memory loss do you have?
