Help EC lab. Analysis option for quantitative assessment

I don’t get it. At the EC lab website, I fail to pick the analysis option which is supposed to be “Quantitative + report (GC/MS or HPLC/MS)” at 120 €

Instead I get a list of options in Spanish but irrelevant. When I choose “Substancia + informe PDF“ , it is billed 50 € instead of 120 € so cannot be the right test.



What is troubling, another member have access to different options that I do, in english, and then it’s there to select



I tried to consult the form behind different locations via VPN, and switched devices between computer (Windows) and tablets (iOS & Android) to no avail. I cannot reproduce the different outcome

Contacted their support but they’re slow to reply. Any idea ?

Works for me, both on PC an on mobile. Using Brave and VPN. Maybe try to change the language settings to English...Or enter the word "quantitative" manually into the entry field.

Nope. I use https://energycontrol-international.org/drug-testing-service/submitting-a-sample/ then scroll down to "click here to submit a new sample"

What would I do without you
Success ! my profile settings were indeed in english but I chose Spain as location which appears a bad setup. Switching the country fixed it
