Why is it so hard to find THE method in europe? Exiting via a secure/safe peaceful method in Europe is so hard. I envy people living in the USA. I wish I had the option to order SN, but it's impossible within the EU and UK. Seems like the best option is hanging, even if it seems scary. My bus departure is soon and I wish it was possible to leave with a peaceful method but the risk of permanent damage from poison is bigger than dying.

Full hanging is the best option in europe. If done correctly its just 10-15 seconds suffering then its over , forever sleeping no suffering anymore.

I know how you feel. The number 1 reason I didnt kill myself years ago is precisely because I live in Europe and hence dont have access to all the things that Americans do. But I know that I must go and that my time is very soon, so I will most likely try and get myself decapitated by a train. Life is so cruel, and I just wish I had an easy way out. But dreams not coming true essentially summarizes my entire life.

I was able to order a cylinder of pure nitrogen, including a regulator, on Amazon for just over 100 euro.

It's relatively easy to synthesise sodium nitrite by heating sodium nitrAte and carbon (activated charcoal). You can get sodium nitrate in the spices section at some supermarkets or online (for meat preservation), and the activated charcoal at a health food store. There are a number of YouTube videos of how to do this - the DIY fireworks crowd use SN for their fireworks.

There's also poison hemlock growing all over the place in Europe. If it worked on Socrates it'll work on us. I have this as a backup to my backup plan, combined with anti-emetics and sleeping meds so I don't puke or need to be awake while it summons the bus.

I really understand as all I wish for is a peaceful, guaranteed way to be free from this torturous, futile existence and I always suffer so much from how that is denied for me, I find it so terrifying how trying to cease existing can go wrong and lead to way worse suffering and torture as a result, I see so much cruelty in how we exist in this anti-suicide world where the suffering of existing is seen as to prolong no matter what, I hope you find peace.
