Just fully realized that when I go, I'll be going out as a complete loser who hasn't achieved anything, lol.
Never been in a relationship, I've never even kissed anyone. Most major thing I've done was graduate high school. No irl friends. Never tried alcohol or any type of drugs or substances. Not really good at anything...

I doubt that any of these things would change if I stayed alive, but God, it just stings. I wish I could do more, but it's whatever. :v

I getcha

I think whether or not you see yourself as a loser depends on the value you place on those kinda things. I have a good job and I've dated people and stuff (which ended with horrible heartache XD) but I've been unable to ever implement any meaningful consistent change in my life for the better and I've been a slave to drugs and alcohol for over 6 years (though I'm finally doing a little bit better with that) and I see myself as a total loser who hasn't really achieved anything cause I don't really value the things I have achieved in the face of all of the stuff I wasn't able to do. But, that being said, while we're alive it's always in our power to change things. I'm not the person I was a year ago and life can change very quickly with a perspective change.

Nice yoon avi btw :^D

Most people are losers, though. You're either someone who was big and made an impact or you aren't. Do you think if you had gotten a college degree, had a friend, kissed a girl and had a relationship with her, you'd be really far away in the bell curve of society from where you are now? At the top are the rich, famous, and powerful, at the bottom are the criminals, scammers, and the like, and that giant fat middle is everyone else. We're all losers lol.

I meant for this to be inspirational lol might've missed the mark.

"I met a traveller from an antique land,
Who said—"Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. . . . Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them, and the heart that fed;
And on the pedestal, these words appear:
My name is Ozymandias, King of Kings;
Look on my Works, ye Mighty, and despair!
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal Wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away."

That said I certainly wasn't asking to be president or a movie star. Just a normal life on par with everyone else's.

Unfortunately if you really want to experience those things you have to remain alive.

I myself feel like a loser, so it's not just you and to be honest I think a lot of people are just nobodies unless they're popular/famous and rich.

Lol well if you're a well-salaried, well-credentialed professional, I'd say you're in a distinct category of loser

I know this sounds weird but I just say it to put death in perspective. You, me, and Hitler will all end up exactly the same, regardless if we were responsible for the death and horrors inflicted on millions or spent every day helping people in need. It pains people because we want there to be justice in the universe, but the reality is however good or bad you were is completely meaningless from a cosmic perspective and in regards to the aftermath of your existence.

The only silver lining is that being a "loser" is a subjective term that's different for everyone. My definition of a "loser" is different from yours. I also feel like we all have varying degrees of "loserdom" we assign to others but also to ourselves.

You might think taking drugs or drinking is a non loser thing to do. I think me depending on alcohol to feel happy and "alive" is being a total fucking loser. As LaughingGoat said, we'll all be the same when we die. We are all meat puppets at the end of the day, it's societies problem that superficial traits are used to judge others when what's our actual character should be judged.

I hope you feel even slightly better about yourself before you CTB. ❤️

It's all relative. I'm a loser compared to many, just as OP graduating high school is a success compared to many.

Personally, I don't think any of the things you listed makes you a loser. It's more of the way you see yourself as. In fact, I'd say if anything it's a good thing you haven't done them and it's nothing to feel like a loser for.
Of course, we might have different definitions for that word. But even if you had done all the things listed, would it really make you feel better as a person?
Regardless, I hope you feel better before you CTB and things get better for you.

By your definition of a loser, I'll be dying as a loser too but I don't really care honestly. In the end, I only care about dying as early as possible, nothing else. Besides, I personally wouldn't want to die as a "winner" either as, to win, a lot of suffering is required. I just wish to die, nothing else

One thing we all value is experience. We all want to experience love and happiness. It is cope when people say being a loser is relative. A true loser cannot get to these. They've never even experienced a romantic relationship, never even held a girls hand, has no career, no social life, etc. We all know this.

I'm like you. I want to experience, but I'm denied it and cannot do crap to change it.
