If you get caught by authorities, you could be charged with battery (aggravated if there are major injuries), disorderly conduct, and a host of other things.
im near bellingham. itll be about a month or so before i purchase a .357 pistol if that works

I cannot help but chuckle at this one. As cool as it would be to die like a warrior, I don't think it'd work out the way you'd hope it would. Especially, if you end up surviving the duel. You'd be in a whole lot of trouble with authorities.

In a fictional world, that would be kind of fun, but in all seriousness though, it's a very bad idea. Not only could you potentially fail (or even if you did die), the survivor of the duel would face serious legal consequences, including murder.

I was trying to hint at the fact that if two people were willing to duel, they are probably willing to duel themselves after the match per-say. Keep in mind I'm not saying this is a great idea
Terrible idea, but then I don't think you're really serious about this suggestion.
Once the "duel" starts, the "fun" aspect will vanish after about 10 seconds.
You will then be left with a very bad experience that may not achieve the end goal, and which would likely leave severe consequences.

i am planning on going via gunshot from the heart. however, i am playing around with taking some form of poison then dueling with someone. both die and at the end theres a little bit of fun involved. it could take some of the fear out of death. perhaps at least
a poison and perhaps a good amount of drugs. make it a fun last few minutes. aside from a failed attempt with a bloodchoke due to a thick neck, i havent been able to take poison or hang because fear always trips me up

i mean, thats why taking something like sn or cyanide will assure death. aside from that, might as well have a little fun before death. laughing and getting drunk and making a game sounds better than being alone with your thoughts and fears before death

I'm sorry but I don't agree. Being drunk, that could make things go terribly wrong. And who is to say you both are going to kill each other? It is too risky. I just don't want to say I told you so when one of you end up in jail, the nut House, or paralyzed. And suicide is something to be taken seriously. It's not for entertainment. You must be very young
