DSL Welfare Check Happened - UK

Hi,

Just had a welfare check from the police.

Ordered SN from DSL back in January.

Police turned up just before midnight for a welfare check.

They have confiscated my SN.

Mental health services told me that it couldn't be confiscated so I felt safe admitting I had it.

Do not make my mistake as I have to now reorder it.

Please be prepared if you have ordered this year.

I'm sorry this has happened. The MH services could still be right, the police unfortunately often breaks law, because they know they get away with it.

I'm not on VPN, if you access the site once on VPN, it allows it without (on public browser).

I'm meaning the senders address that was on The parcel. He's used that same address/name for several years

Can I ask how they confiscated it if it's not illegal to own?

I stupidly admitted I bought it for suicide purposes. As the Crisis Team told me it couldn't be confiscated I thought I'd be safe to tell the truth. Unfortunately was not the case.

What did you tell them when they came? If I could go back in time I'd have told them that I disposed of it already

i got a call from them asking if i had ordered anything i shouldn't have ordered. i'm not at home at the moment so idk what to do

I'd suggest anyone that does order SN hides it when they receive it. They can't search your home without a warrant and you gotta deny having it. If they have a warrant then a good hiding spot will save you trouble. I won't put suggestions so authorities watching this forum don't get ideas of where to look in people's home

You should also learn how to be a convincing liar, the less you say the better, replay in your head situations where you told the truth about something that you knew little to nothing about and think about how you said things, your body language, how much did you divulge, every single tiny details, and train yourself to act that way when you're denying having SN, or if they only say harmful substance, don't say any specific substance name, else they'll instantly know you're lying, play dumb but never let them in without a search warrant.

If your house is being searched, stay calm and control your reaction when they get close to where your SN is, it'll lower the chances of them searching deeper based off your reaction

There's still a chance they'll find it despite all this effort to lower the odds theyll find it, so do consider that outcome and the potential consequences

It seems they somehow got a list of the delivery information of the DSL customers and are now contacting everyone on it. My SN is supposed to be delivered today - I hope I don't get a police visit instead

Never trust MHS. They manipulated you into thinking they won't take a lethal chemical from you so you feel comfortable to cooperate with those rats…I spent a month in a closed ward after signing voluntary hospitalization agreement in an open ward….didn't even take a glimpse of that open ward lol

VPNs will not protect you from a government that wants to find you. Trust me.

Does anybody know what powers UK police has when they're investigating a non-offence? Can they request bank statements, all parcels delivered to a particular address, sites visited from an ISP etc., when they're investigating somebody who's committed no offence?

This is my biggest worry. I live in supported hosuong for addicts who used to me homeless so the police are always in and out of my home anyway. Unfortunately if a roommate or staff of hosuong/landlord let them in they can do as they please.

How did the process go for you? Did you just deny them entry and that was that?

Well this isn't good. I only found the dsl a couple of days ago and ordered it using my own name, stupidly. Can't you just refuse entry and lie? If mine arrives by some miracle I can move it to a secondary location. I don't understand the powers that they actually have. I'm sorry this is happening to you.
