Drugs that turn off the fear of death

Hello,

I have wanted to kill myself many times. Unfortunately, the fear of death has always been stronger than the desire to die. Do you know of any medications / drugs that could eliminate the fear of death and thus perform effective suicide? What could it be? Alcohol and/or benzodiazepines?

Benzos will definitely calm you down, but you will always be in your right mind. I doubt any benzo us strong enough to make you that numb to fear death.

I always found Vodka, in sufficient quantities, gave me a 'what the heck, who cares' attitude.

Alcohol. I do not suggest to do anything harmful, but just like SVEN said, it makes you less give a shit about anything. I've tried to CTB twice and both were under the influence of alcohol. Unsuccessful though, as I'm writing here, weren't really well-thought plans

LSD is good. People did some bold and wacky stuff in the 60's and 70's while completely tripped out.
Some of them woke up dead.

I am always careful never to have benzos or alcohol around with my guns easily accessible unless I am absolutely ready for ctb. I have almost blown my head off several times while drunk or xannied even when my ideation was massively less than now. My final act for ctb will be 400ml of vodka and a few tens of mg of clonazepam.

Sorry if I sound ignorant but why would you need to take it with alcohol. What would the benefits be and why cant you do it?

I think I'd feel much more relaxed.
You can't because basically they're both toxins so you can't take them together otherwise you'll just puke both
