I feel the same way but sorta but I don't use often because of lack of money and most drugs not having much effect anymore. Ecstasy still works but my meds might counteract it.

You guys are lucky that you can obtain benzos. Fucking psychiatrists/GP's here in Ireland are so reluctant to hand them out. It's a hit and miss though. I had a former GP who handed them out like candies. He even wanted me to be on them when I was 12...lol. Never asked and declined because I didn't know what they were at the time.

I am at a point where I don't care much about my life, and for me personally, I have to try some of them. Altough I am in the believe, that drugs do not make you happy, so thats one of the reasons why I (would) never get addicted, perhaps heroin would make you happy, yes, for a short amount of time, and after that your problems and suffering still exists, so? Theres no point in continuing this drug, since you end up dying through it, or you do it yourself. well, whatever. I try them to see if opinions of me change, to expand my consciousness.

Anyone else here start by using RCs? I started using drugs in 2020, during the pandemic, first smoking weed then dabling in research chemicals, specifically O-DSMT, 2-methyl-ap-237 and flualprazolam. Then I began to use whatever I could really get my hands on, and at this point I estimate I have tried about 20 different substances.

Now, I'm actually mostly sober. I have an Adderall prescription that I take occasionally (not daily), I smoke cigarettes pretty frequently, and I will smoke whatever weed I can get my hands on. Since I don't have a plug anymore, now that I've self-isolated to the extreme, I really don't have access to any drugs. I'm 56 days sober from alcohol today, and even though I know my life is ending soon, I refuse to give in and break my sobriety, even if my death soon follows.

I love being high but it just distracts me from ending things. I was 100% sober for a few years and pretty consistent with meds, it was a good experience but taught me that my "mental illness" ain't going away. I'd like to try heroin before I go but I know I'd just end up in a heroin habit instead of ctb. Every damn drug I try ends up as a habit for me.

Cannabis and alcohol here. The only other things that can help me get out of bed: the thought.
It blocks the pain for a while. I don't like feeling or contemplate past events. I don't know how to deal with those emotions

Xanax helps with my chronic pain - the NHS say it shouldn't, but it does - it seems to disconnect my pain from my brain!

yea man getting high is the only thing i have to look forward to anymore, and at this point even drugs are getting boring. thats why i been trying a lot of harder shit recently, dmt, salvia, heroic dose shrooms, k holing etc. still doesnt fix anything but its nice to not be yourself and to not be on this earth for a while

Same here actually, that's how I got hooked on klonopin, because it's one of the few things that helped my chronic pain, sadly the tolerance built up way too fast for me so I have to keep upping the dose too much to see the benefits, the first times though... I felt marvelous, almost like a normal person without constant pain and a mind that never shuts up.

Clean now, but I miss psychedelics more than anything. LSD and to a lesser degree psilocybin would seem to lessen my depression a bit for about a week after tripping, where no prescription meds had ever helped. I'm trying not to be hopeful for this new ketamine analogue being pushed through the FDA, as hope only exists to fuel despair, but second hand info from an acquaintance in the trial sounds promising. Who'd have thought 20 years ago it would be Special K to the rescue?

Same here actually, that's how I got hooked on klonopin, because it's one of the few things that helped my chronic pain, sadly the tolerance built up way too fast for me so I have to keep upping the dose too much to see the benefits, the first times though... I felt marvelous, almost like a normal person without constant pain and a mind that never shuts up.

I limit the Xan to 3 times a week, to try to avoid tolerance and addiction. I have access to klonopin, I might try some! Valium seems to do nothing.

honestly I think that's the perfect approach (few days a week), awesome that you have managed to do it in a way that's helpful for you.

For Klonopin perhaps I would be wary that more downtime would be needed to not build tolerance as it's slower acting and also stays longer with you. So if you say skip a day you barely got any time between doses as far as your body is concerned, and since benzos have cross tolerance, if your current approach works for you then idk if I'd get Klonopin into the mix. I like that it's effect last(ed) longer compared to Xanax for me but yeah these days I am just trying to get off the addiction and then be able to use it once or twice per week. Just friendly warning I guess.

not really a drug user but as a teen I was abusing DXM DPH and alcohol. it was kind of fun at first, but the hangovers and brain fog quickly set in, especially with dph.
you can't really "get high" on dph it's more so your brain getting blocked and manipulated, it also drains you of any fluids. it eventually led to me getting ptsd from a really bad trip and whenever I even touch one of the pills I start trembling and get nauseous, not fond memories. dxm on the other hand was great, it's like alcohol except without the shitty parts, and if you take enough to reach the final plateaus you will feel high, not drunk.

I can't remember how much i took maybe 400 milligrams and I couldn't stand up, was laughing while talking to my friend over the phone. I left it at that, and I won't take anything else cause I don't find joy in it anymore, and I won't either way. It's nice for when I'm feeling really down but I try to avoid drugs.

Yeah, apparently benzo addiction withdrawal can actually kill you - did you read about Jordan Peterson's ordeal with benzos addition? He ended up going to Russia to be put in a coma during the worst of the withdrawal! I think that was a long acting benzo, so yeah, I'll avoid the Klonopin. I started taking mirtazapine/remeron a few years just for insomnia as it's very sedating, but I took it every day, put on 3 stone in weight and ended up addicted. In hindsight, I would've took it twice a week max, with benzo twice a week max, with a day off in-between both to avoid any chance of addiction and weight gain, but doctors don't allow you to 'play' with drugs like that.

Never tried it, but I didn't know it was related to Ketamine, I know someone who sells injectable ketamine vials - Ketamine and its derivative, PCP, are anaesthetics which have been diverted from their medical use.
