Drug overdose CTB (update to Heroin CTB)

I was lucky enough to my hands on a stack of pharmaceutical drugs and I was wondering if this would be enough to CTB.

NOTE: I've been using Heroin over the past week for fun to simply block out my PTSD, bad idea I know but turns out its really enjoyable to consume

Here's what I have for possible CTB:

• Approx 1 Grams worth of Street Grade Heroin (not optimal I know)
• 100 50mg Tramadol
• 25 1MG Alprazolam Pharmaceutical Grade
• 15 ?MG (I think 20mg) of Gel Gapsule Tamazepam
• A strip of Pregablin
• Alcohol if necessary

Thoughts on my CTB stack?

I was thinking I could swallow hella pills and snort the heroin after drinking a fuck ton of Alcohol like a full bottle of vodka to get drunk.
