Method Drug Cocktail?

Overdosing is how I'll CTB. Prescription meds I have access to are effexor, zofran, and anti seizure medications: zonisamide, onfi, and vimpat.
Should I just take everything at once? Would any OTC medications help the interactions? Thanks.

The thing was if my parents didn't walk into my room I would have ctb. I had to go to the ICU, was in a coma, and my heartbeat was irregular. That's the only reason I'm leaning towards OD.
