If one were to take enough downers to pass out, say opiates and benzos, in a hot tub or swimming pool, would you drown or would you probably wake up before death?
The survival instinct is immense-you would probably not be able to fall asleep.

google says that benzos are used for general anesthesia. What drug are you thinking of?
I was thinking along the lines of barbitals like Amobarbital or Propofol.
Who knows, if you take enough benzos it might work...but I would urge you to reconsider as it is a risky method and you don't know if you will drown
if i were to go through with this method i thought of using benzos, opiates, and alcohol. Do you think it would be very hard to get one's hands on amobarbital or propofol?
maybe overdosing on insulin in a body of water in which one would drown in if unconscious would be more thorough than the fun drugs.
