Method drop hanging - last resort

I'm planning on CTB'ing by drop hanging next week, I've tried 4 different methods and none of them worked. At least I'm sure this one will 100% cause instant death (either by breaking the neck or decapitation), and I couldn't care less how they're going to find my body. I'm done dragging my corpse around just so my suicide wouldn't cause an inconvenience to their already decent lives.

This was my original idea however it seems kinda technical and I don't wanna mess up and end up a paraplegic. Also if you don't do it right breaking your neck is sure to be painful.
