To be honest I also think about this every time I drive. But you would probably need a really long road and a really high speed to make it reliable. Probably also not a busy road that way you wont be saved as quick if you do end up living.

if you're trying to die. what part of crashing into a tree with a car is easier than, say, full suspension hanging?

if possible, isn't it better to make your suicide as uninconveniencing to others as possible? I guess I just don't get these posts.

I get what you're saying but I also understand where they're coming from. Maybe driving is easily accessible and it does get put in the news quite a bit that someone dies due to a vehicle accident. Suicide always conviences someone one way or another. Some people are at the point where they dont care about anyone or anything. Some people also dont have empathy or sympathy.

I would go for hanging but my family guards me 24/7 . Doing it at hotel is not the best idea.

I mean if you asked about driving a car into a tree which would probably mean you have access to a car. Im pretty sure you could drive away to a secluded forest and hang yourself there. Doesnt have to be a big forest.

I'm not even particularly talking about this thread (his method of crashing into a tree with his car is MILD compared to the kind of shit I have seen here).

but I'll be blunt and say I don't think these people should be welcome here.I have seen posts of people asking about "playing in traffic" or other shit like this. these are the worst people you don't want to be associated with.

wanting to die is one thing. but being unnecessarily careless and hurt others in the process is another. I don't get why these types of posts aren't moderated. this website prides itself in helping people die "safely". but is it really true if posts like this are allowed ?

I have compassion for people who want to go out in a painful way and I understand why they would.

But I really can't feel for those who won't bother avoiding harming innocents in the process.

This is a disservice. You will feel more worst with every new scenario in your inner cinema. Take some drinks for today and go to bed.

Modern cars are so safe. A good freind of me drove with his car into a tree and survived. After spending some time in a psychiatric institution he jumped head over heels and died.

Could work, but unreliable. Modern cars are quite safe. Could end up just maimed and in a psych ward. If you really want to CTB, I would pick a different more reliable method.
