Help drinking to combat SI

im hoping to try partial suspension, i'll try to find my carotid arteries first, but i was wondering if being drunk will help dull my body's panic or just needlessly make the process more difficult.

If too drunk, you won't be able to coordinate ..

The first time I tried this, the level of drunk I needed to overcome my SI was to the point where I fell over, threw up, and pissed my pants.
